Digital Artwork License & Usage Guidelines
When purchasing this digital artwork, you agree to the following terms:

Personal Use Only: The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use. 

No Commercial Use: The artwork may not be used for commercial purposes such as selling products, marketing, or any form of advertising unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate commercial license agreement.

No Alteration: You may not modify, edit, or alter the artwork in any way, including adding your own signature to the image. 

No Redistribution: Redistribution or resale of the digital file in any format (digital or physical) is prohibited. This includes sharing the file on social media, websites, or any other platform where the file can be downloaded by others.

Non-Exclusive License: The purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork for the allowed purposes. The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the artwork.

Credit to the Artist: If the artwork is shared online or in any public space, please provide appropriate credit to the artist with a link back to their store or portfolio.

No Use in AI-Generated Content: The artwork cannot be used as part of AI datasets or training models, nor incorporated into AI-generated content without prior written consent from the artist.

Custom License Requests:
If you are interested in using the artwork for commercial purposes, please contact the artist to discuss a custom licensing agreement.

After purchase, you will receive a digital file of a high resolution image.
